Penguin Surf Life Saving Club is situated on the eastern end of Preservation Bay commanding panoramic views of the beach and bay. Upstairs the club house has a members bar and large function room available for hire that includes full commercial kitchen facilities, licenced bar and a dance floor. The function room is capable of seating 100 - 150 people to dine depending on configuration of the tables. It is ideal for weddings and seminars providing a relaxed coastal atmosphere with outstanding ocean views.

 

Recently the function room has been leased out as a top class restaurant called Casablanca. It is still available for hire for functions however. For bookings call 6437 1621.

Ample off road parking is provided for over 30 vehicles with additional space available on grassed areas at either side of the club. Access to the building from the car park is level with a slight ramp (no stairs) to the main entrance making it ideal for wheelchair or disabled access.

Downstairs the club stores its boats, skis and boards. There is also a small gym available for members' use and changerooms/showers and toilet facilities.
