Notice to members: Patrols have been mixed to include seniors. Parents of juniors, if your patrol falls on a carnival there should be enough people to cover a SWAP so think ahead and ORGANISE.
All SWAPS must be approved by Patrol captains. IRBD must swap with another IRBD. All patrol members MUST find their own replacement and Inform their Patrol Captain.
I have a list of On Call people which I can access but adequate notice must be given.
All Patrols start at 12.00 and finish 5pm and members need to be there 30min before to set up. Hours on Public Holidays 12.00 - 4pm except XMAS DAY when it is 3pm—5pm.
