Training

Beach Training

Although start dates will vary each year, Juniors tend to commence beach based training in early November. This date may vary due to weather conditions
Training is held at the following times:
Tuesdays    5 - 6.30 p.m.
Thursdays  5 - 6.30 p.m.
If the weather doesn't permit beach/water based training, Juniors will participate in Surf Awareness Education which is a required component of their Surf Life Saving Proficiency. Surf Awareness allows children to learn about safety on the beach & in the water, basic First Aid and recognising Surf conditions.
